Our Pastor and Staff

Rev. Anne Roundy, Interim Worship Leader

We are in the process of finding a new pastor but in the meantime we are lucky to have Pastor Anne with us. Rev. Anne Roundy, now retired, has served several small churches in Maine.  Before she went to seminary, she was a librarian and a school teacher.  She lives in Cushing with her daughter, a dog and a cat.

Rick Grimes, Maintenance

Rick is a member of the church and is our full-time custodian. He started at Rockland Congregational Church in July 2007. A skilled handyman, he likes using his building maintenance knowledge and experience for his church. He especially likes the friendly work environment. Rick enjoys talking with friends and family, reading, old movies and working around his home. You can reach Rick by calling the church office at 207-594-8656.

Scott Dyer, Music Director

A native of western PA, Scott Dyer has been part of church music from a very early age. With his mother as children's choirmaster, he really had no choice in whether or not to sing in the choir. And with some piano lessons, he even occasionally played hymns along with the organist in Sunday services. Several decades later, he has served as music director/minister for many congregations and denominations including Christian Science, Anglican, Presbyterian, Methodist, and Evangelical followers. Scott's approach to choir is somewhat unique in that it encourages collaboration and thoughtful faith-based, self-discovery in the preparation of music for worship. All are encouraged to contemplate joining this important ministry.

Liz Glover, Office Administrator

Liz Glover has been with us since 2011, with a short break. During that time, she has provided excellent service to our church members and the public. She knows the office inside and out, and is an active member of the community. We are grateful for all she does for us.
